So there was this hot kid, Radley, that I had a crush on, and this one day he he passed me a Lucky Strike. And after that, I became a Lucky Strikes fan. Originally a product of Richmond, Virginia-located R.A. Patterson company, the cig 1st hit the market in 1871, originally as cut-plug chewing tobacco and later as a cigarette. The American Tobacco company bought R.A. Patterson in 1905.
